You can assign either the administrator or user role to your users. The administrator has access to all account settings, full visibility, and booking management. The user can book independently according to company policies, see only their own bookings, and does not have access to change company settings.
Of course you can. When you create a user, you can choose a travel policy from the ones you've entered to assign to them. To modify the assigned travel policy is very simple: just click on edit user and change the travel policy.
Yes, it’s very similar to assigning a travel policy. When you create a user, you can choose a cost center from those entered to assign it. To modify it, just click on edit user and change the cost center.
You can do that too. Just enter it in the Employee ID field when you create or edit the user.
You can easily search for users and, if you want, sort them by name, role, or status.
